Natural Recipe for Strengthening Bones and Joints

Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons of white sesame seeds (raw, unroasted)
  • 10 tablespoons of natural honey
  • 2 tablespoons of ginger powder (or finely grated fresh ginger)
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
  • 5 tablespoons of unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of collagen powder (optional, for faster results)

Preparation:

  1. Blend the sesame seeds in a blender until they form a coarse powder.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly until you get a smooth, consistent paste.
  3. Store the mixture in a tightly sealed glass jar and keep it in the refrigerator.

How to Use:
– Take 1 tablespoon on an empty stomach in the morning and 1 tablespoon after dinner, every day for 30 days.
